Our Exercise Physiology service supports NDIS participants of all ages with a diagnosed disability to improve their physical skills, wellbeing, and enjoyment of movement and play. Our accredited exercise physiologists design personalised programs to enhance strength, coordination, and overall fitness, while promoting confidence and independence in everyday activities.
